    职位描述:

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1, 负责所有员工的招聘工作(包括招聘渠道的选择、招聘信息发布、候选人资料的收集整理、筛选,应聘者的联系及面试、体检安排);
    Responsible for all recruitment issue, including choosing the recruitment channel, issuing recruitment information, collecting/selecting candidate information, contacting candidate, arranging interview and body check.
    2, 对候选人进行第一轮面试,挑选合乎条件的应聘者;
    Make interview with the candidate, and select the right candidate.
    3,负责新员工入职手续办理,包括资料输入、工人合同的签订、证件的审核、工人岗位的确定、IC卡的办理、PPE领取,并将工人交送到使用部门;
    Responsible for handling of procedure for new employee, including inputting data, singing contract for workers, checking certificate, confirming the position for workers, making IC Card, drawing PPE, and then sent workers to their dept.
    4,负责完成每个月的Key position recruitment / Engineer Activity Report/Turnover Analyst report 以及HR Reduction/Headcount Report;
    Finish the monthly Key position recruitment / Engineer Activity Report/ Turnover Analyst report and HR Reduction/Headcount Report.
    5, 负责跟进公司员工的社会保险等相关工作;
    Responsible for social insurance and the related issue for all associates.
    6, 负责员工公积金的管理;
    Accountable for managing house fund.
    7, 负责员工人身意外保险的工作;
    Follow up the accidental insurance for all oassociates;
    8, 管理在职工人的合同续签工作;
    Manages re-signing contract for on-job workers
    9, 负责每季度员工医疗费报销工作;
    Responsible for applying for medical fee for associates each season.
    10,对公司的各种福利政策进行有效宣传;
    Make all kind of benefit policy in public.
    11,协助员工沟通,包括:
    Assist to communicate with employee, including:
    a) 问卷调查(如员工满意度调查、盖洛普调查、车间员工和谐度调查等)具体安排及相关数据整理工作。
    Questionnaires survey (i.e. ESS/Gallup and so on) including collecting data and related issue.
    b) 员工沟通会的具体安排,包括:公告、会场准备、派发通知等。
    Arrange communication meet, including: making public; arranging meeting place and issuing notice and so on.
    c)协助部分员工谈话。
    Assist to talk with some employee.
    12,对自己的安全行为及绩效负责,主动参加公司安排的安全培训;
    Responsible for the safety behavior/safety performance for oneself, and then take part in safety training in company.
    13, 完成主管安排的其他临时工作。
    Finish all provisionally task from manager.

    Knowledge/skill required:
    1, 熟悉劳动法和政府相关的政策
    To know labor laws and government regulations
    2, 有一定英语读写能力及听力、口语能力。
    Have oral and writing English skill.
