2)allocate department target to subfunction and monitor the achievement of the budget;
in order to meet company planning and budgeting rquirement and support business development.
People Management&Development
1)Balance the allocation of the work across direct reports.
2)Review and provide timely feedbackto direct reports regarding their performance; and
3)Mentor, develop and motivate them
4)Help resolve people/functional issues in the team
in order to achieve targeted dept performance
Policy &Procedure
Develop, enhance, implement and monitor EHS related policies and procedures according to EHS strategy as well as TE group policies
in order to support business needs/development and comply with EHS requirements.
Environment Health & safety
1)Supervise EHS related operational processes and activities
in order to comply with relevant national regulation and TE EHS standard
2)Supervise EHS training activities
in order to promote EHS policies and procedures and enhance employee's EHS sense
Security
1)Supervise security related activities
in order to guarantee company operational security and normal order
2)Deal with security related emergencies
in order to minimize business impact.
