Performance Data: Establishes,initiates and monitors any Internal Control policies ralating to quality performance initiatives. Develops and communicates quality performance data to all relevant plant personnel foe correct action.
ISO Procedures: Develops all procedures required for ISO9001 certification and re-certification. Maintains all quality performance records and documents. Coordinates ISO visits with necessary staff and managers any corrective actions that occur as a result of the ISO inspection.
Training: Creates and implements the technical training programs for SPC, ISO9001 procedures and problems solving and/or Design of Experiments. Insures QA Engineers/Techs are conversant with all programs and can adequately train production or other engineering staff to processes.
Quality Procedures: Plans, develops, initiates and monitors quality manaufacturing techniques. Tracks financial results and reports on quantifiable goals and objectives.
Equipment/Facilities: Acquire, develop and maintain physical facilities and equipment to achieve required results.
Management: Develops and maintains a competent work force through recruitment, training, coaching and establishing goals and objectives.
Other responsibilities as assigned or required.
