工作描述:
负责人才信息的搜寻、面试、筛选的整个过程;
确保电话记录清楚工整;确保人才简历信息保存完整;
负责整理候选人报告并及时发送给客户;
负责保存整理归类人才库资料、合同文本、传真文本等相关档案。
负责整理完善客户、候选人的信息,做到有序规范;
负责整理收发公司的邮件并及时做出回复.
任职要求:
大学专科以上学历;
具有良好的英语听说读写能力(翻译);
熟练掌握各类办公软件的使用;
擅长人际交往,出色的沟通、理解和应变能力;
工作主动性强,具备较强的学习能力和观察能力;
能承受较大的工作压力,有责任心。
Tasks:
Responsibility for searching information 、interviewing and filtration;
Make the phone recording clearly;make sure of the resumes in good keep;
Make out candidate report and send it to client;
Pack up candidates’ information 、contract and fax;
Consummate client and candidates’ information, make it in order;
Receive company’s Email and reply it in time.
Requirements
Degree in junior college;
Good English skill ,(written spoken listening and reading)also include of translation;
Excellent computer skills in work software;
Be good at communication, excellent understanding and versatility;
Have go-aheadism in work, strong ability of learning and observing;
strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure。
