Responsibilities:
1. Lead the global deployment of CSI to support the Quality Management System.
1. Develop/support organizational plans for consistent customer satisfaction integration and project.
2. Communicate CSI initiatives throughout the organization.
3. Evaluate/Develop improvement projects for consistent CSI deployment.
4. Develop/Improve/Analyze CSI data for feedback into the production operations and design teams.
5. Manage / develop / verify that customer feedback systems for customers (distributors and end customers) are engaged and executed.
6. Audit and provide feedback to staff and personnel on the effectiveness of customer feedback and improvement projects.
7. Coordinate customer visits that include production line audits and vPDI reviews.
8. Partner with Global Quality and the Quality Inerrorformation Systems manager to assure that CSI practices, procedures and metrics are communicated.
9. Works closely with the Reliability, Production Quality, Supplier Quality Assurance and Material Control (Quality Department) to communicate and correlate CSI issues across the business unit, projects consistent with the needs of the business unit and drive goals that are consistent with the global organization.
Requirements:
1. Quality/Agricultural/Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering Degree
2. 5-6 years of Quality experience
3. Black Belt – Lean Six Sigma
4. Project Management

5. 收集整理产品质量信息,反馈给工厂。
6. 建立并维持客户的联络并保持良好关系。
7. 配合其它部门的工作,就客户反馈的信息进行处理,以达到客户极大的满意度
职位要求:

2.5-6年质量管理经验
