Position Title : Production Planner
Scope of work:
-Production planning to fulfill customer order
-Drive rate based planning system for VSM products so as to support lean enterprise Main job responsibilities:
-Plan production for mix model production lines, in accordance with six sigma lean concept, so as to maintain linear flow and meet tact time;
-Lead line sequencing and kit preparation in support of production;
-Ensure alignment of production capacity with forecast;
-Support rate based planning system so as to ensure level loading of lines;
-Team with materials planner(s) & water spiders so as to guarantee pull replenishment of materials (vendors and internal);
-Inventory control;
-OEE monitor to support production;
-Operators management and required plan according to order or forecast;
-Lead operators performance evaluation;
-Indirect material require plan;
-Back flush of production;
-Kanban system management and control;
-Lead production meeting and follow up production status;
-Lead suggestions evaluation.
Requirements:
-2+ Yrs experience in operations and planning at multinational corporation
-Engineering Graduate (ME,EE)
-College Graduate
-Basic English & fluent Chinese
Preferable
-SAP
-Six Sigma belt certification, lean exposure
