Responsibilities:
Identify new customers, new markets, new processes for the composites market.
Assist the Asia Pacific Sales Team in technical solutions to achieve sales target.
Assist the Asia Pacific Sales Team in developing strategies such as negotiation on contract and business terms, pricing level recommendations.
Pay regular visits to existing and new customers with the Asia Sales Team to provide technical know-how.
Provide pre-sales and after sales technical support to customers.
To support and follow sales plans for development projects until sales materialize.
Prepare visit report and monthly reports of the customer visits.
Submit as requested any special reports regarding customers and market products industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required, preferably in a Chemical/ Engineering discipline.
Strong background of technical knowledge on composites materials and processes.
At least 5 years’ solid experience in the Composites market, particularly with wind energy, Pipe Relining, Marine.
A disciplined and thorough follow up work task manner, detailed and self-driven.
Excellent services and communication skills at all levels.
Computer literacy particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Foreign passport holder would be an advantage.
