Reporting to: Purchasing Section Manager
(注：本职位工作地点在山东青岛市)
Responsibilities:
-To issue the requests for quotation of materials and parts to overseas suppliers in the correct quantity and specification according to the BOM
-To collect the quotation and negotiation with overseas suppliers on the prices, delivery conditions and other relevant information
-To draft the purchasing contracts
-To follow up the production schedule of overseas suppliers for purchased products during the contract period; ensure delivery of materials and parts in time
-To implement the register and acceptance procedure of the materials and parts for warehousing
-To assist purchase manager to deal with daily issues
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in foreign trade or mechanics
-Minimum 5 years working experience in foreign trade
-Background in marine or heavy industry
-Strong communication and coordination skill
-Good knowledge of foreign trade process
-Familiar with MS word, excel
-Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing
